1. Agreement

By connecting your Microsoft 365 organization, you accept these terms on behalf of that organization and confirm you are authorized to do so. [YOUR COMPANY] (“we”) provides SignatureSync (“the service”).

2. The service

SignatureSync reads your directory with the permissions you approve and adds signatures to outgoing mail through an Outlook add-in, with an optional Exchange transport-rule fallback. Signatures are only added where the add-in runs or where you set up the fallback. We may improve or change features over time.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Keep admin access limited to the right people in Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Make sure signature content, disclaimers and banners you publish are lawful and accurate.
  • Have the right to process your staff’s directory data for this purpose.
  • Don’t misuse the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or resell it.

4. Data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice and on the Security page. [Reference your Data Processing Agreement, if you offer one.]

5. Trial, fees and payment

The service is currently offered as a free trial. Before any fees apply we will publish prices and ask an admin to agree. [Payment terms, renewal and refunds.]

6. Availability and support

7. Ending the service

You can disconnect at any time in Settings and remove SignatureSync from Entra ID. We may suspend access for serious misuse or non-payment, with notice where possible. After termination, data is deleted as described in the privacy notice.

8. Warranties and liability
